
Chocolate mug cake
Description
Homemade treat for tea. Serve the chocolate mug cake dusted with powdered sugar or coconut flakes, drizzled with condensed milk or jam, alongside tea, coffee, cocoa, or milk. You can optionally add nuts, dried fruits, or candied fruits to the batter. This dessert will especially delight children aged 4 to 8, particularly if you involve them in the cooking process. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

1. Into a ceramic mug (which must be microwave-safe, as we will be baking the chocolate cake directly in it), add flour, sugar, cocoa, and baking soda. Mix well.

2. Add the egg to the mixture of dry ingredients and mix. Then add the milk and softened or melted butter, and mix thoroughly until the dough is smooth and uniform.

3. Bake the muffin in the microwave at 1000 W for three minutes. It will start to rise somewhere in the middle of cooking, but then settle down. The chocolate mug cake is ready!
