
Gluten-free chocolate cake
Description

Prepare the ingredients listed. You can use kefir or ryazhenka instead of sour cream.

Crack the chicken eggs into the food processor bowl, and add salt and granulated sugar to the same bowl. You can add a little vanilla flavoring or vanilla sugar. Beat everything for about 3–5 minutes.

Spread sour cream of any fat content, add corn flour and baking powder.

Add the cocoa powder and thoroughly mix the dough, but do not beat it so the air bubbles are not released. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
