Chocolate pear cake with cocoa
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. This cake turns out delicious and aromatic! The tender chocolate sponge pairs perfectly with ripe, juicy pears. You can use any sweet pear variety, but make sure the pears aren't overripe, otherwise you'll achieve an absolutely wonderful result! Optionally, you can sprinkle the pears with cinnamon and add vanilla to the batter for extra fragrance. In any case, this chocolate cake will be a perfect accompaniment to freshly brewed coffee, tea, or simply a glass of milk or cocoa. Try it! Serve cooled or slightly warm.
