
Chocolate fudge
Description
Fudge – American name for creamy fondant candy. It tastes similar to soft toffee. Our chocolate fudge with a Nutella-like nutty flavor is very easy to make and perfect as a gift.

Step 1

1. Grease the bottom and sides of a 20x20 cm baking pan with butter. Line the pan with parchment paper, leaving 5-centimeter overhangs on the sides.

2. In a medium glass bowl, mix condensed milk, vanilla extract, chocolate chips, Nutella spread, and butter cut into pieces.

3. Place the bowl over a medium saucepan with gently simmering water. The water level should be low enough so that the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water. Stir until the chocolate melts and the mixture becomes smooth, for 5 to 7 minutes.

4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.

5. Smooth the top with a spatula and sprinkle with sea salt. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

6. Once the fondant has cooled, hold the knife under hot water, dry it, and run it along the edges of the pan to loosen the fondant. Using the parchment paper overhangs, lift the fondant out of the pan. Remove the paper. Cut the fondant into 2 cm squares.

7. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container or wrap the fudge in plastic wrap or foil.
