
Chocolate Brownies with Ghosts

1. Prepare the dough: chop the butter and chocolate, then melt them over low heat. Add all the sugar and mix well.

2. Let the mixture cool and add three eggs and vanilla. Beat the batter well with a mixer. Then add two more eggs and beat again.

3. Sift the flour with cocoa and salt, then add to the chocolate part of the batter. Mix well using a spatula. Pour the batter into a parchment-lined baking pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.

4. Cool the dessert. Prepare the meringue: beat three egg whites with lemon acid and 200 g of powdered sugar, gradually adding the sugar while increasing the beating speed.

5. Using a piping bag, pipe meringue onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in the shape of ghosts. Bake in a preheated oven at 100 degrees for 1 hour.
