First, you need to bake the base (cookies). Prepare the dough in a bowl or food processor, then cut it into strips of desired width and length, bake, and cool. Prepare the caramel using milk, sugar, and butter. As it cools, the caramel thickens, becoming similar to toffee or caramels. Coat the bars with chocolate glaze or melted chocolate.     First, you need to prepare the base for the bars. Mix the flour with sugar and a pinch of salt.

    Add the cold butter and mix it with the flour using a fork or knife until small crumbs form.

    Boil the caramel for 25-30 minutes, until the mixture turns a beautiful golden color and thickens. Stir regularly and do not leave it unattended, as the caramel rises significantly during boiling and may boil over.

    Remove from heat, add 50-60 grams of butter. Stir until the butter is fully incorporated into the caramel.
