Description
The specified amount of ingredients yields 64 chocolate truffles. Active preparation time is one hour. The rest of the time is needed for the chocolate to set in the refrigerator. Making truffles is simple: melt the chocolate, add the required ingredients, roll into balls, coat with cocoa powder, nuts, or chocolate shavings, and chill.

1. Prepare two large sheets of parchment paper, cross them over each other and lightly oil. Melt all the chocolate in a double boiler or microwave until completely smooth, with no lumps. Gently warm the cream, add syrup, vanilla, and a pinch of fine salt, then mix. Pour the cream mixture over the melted chocolate, then add the butter. Mix thoroughly. Pour the mixture onto the prepared parchment paper. Let it cool at room temperature for two hours, then refrigerate for another two hours.

2. Cut the hardened chocolate into equal squares - 8 by 8. Sprinkle each square with cocoa and roll into a ball.
