1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Melt the dark chocolate and let it cool for 15–30 minutes. The chocolate should not be warm! Beat the butter and sugar with a mixer. Add 2 eggs and beat.

2. Add the cooled chocolate and mix at low speed. Add the flour and mix.

3. Add chocolate chips and chocolate pieces, mixing on low speed.

4. Grease the muffin tin with oil. Place the prepared chocolate mixture into each compartment of the tin.

5. Bake for 14 minutes. Remove from the mold and let cool completely on a rack.

6. To make the glaze, mix the cream with corn syrup and heat in the microwave. Chop the chocolate into pieces. Place the chocolate pieces into a separate bowl. Add vanilla to the warm cream and syrup mixture, then pour it over the chocolate pieces. Stir until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture becomes smooth and uniform.

7. Dip the cooled pastries into the prepared glaze. Let the excess drip off. Place the pastries onto wax paper.
