
Chocolate cupcakes with creamy filling

2. Place 28 cookies into the bowl of a food processor and grind. Transfer to a large bowl, add melted butter, and mix with a spatula.

3. Transfer the resulting mixture into the prepared pan, smooth the surface with your fingers. Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool while you prepare the filling. Place the remaining cookies in a food processor and grind until they turn into fine crumbs.

4. Prepare the filling. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar with an electric mixer at medium speed for about 2 minutes. Add sour cream, vanilla, and salt. Beat again.
