
Chocolate cakes with warm chocolate sauce

Chocolate dessert with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, sprinkled with coconut flakes and drizzled with warm chocolate sauce – pure bliss

1. Preheat the oven to 160°C. Line a 22x22 cm square baking pan with aluminum foil or grease it with butter. In a saucepan over low heat, gradually melt the chocolate with the butter, stirring constantly, until smooth. Remove from heat, stir in the sugar and vanilla extract. Let the mixture cool slightly.

2. Add almond flour and lightly beaten eggs, mix thoroughly until smooth. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.

3. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing.

4. Prepare a warm chocolate sauce. Place chopped dark chocolate, cream, coffee, and honey into a heavy-bottomed saucepan.

5. Heat over low heat to melt the chocolate and warm the mixture. Whisk until smooth.

6. Pour the warm sauce over the pastries. The sauce can later be reheated in a warm oven or microwave. Serve the pastries with vanilla ice cream, sprinkled with coconut flakes, or with any other toppings of your choice.
