
Chocolate kefir pancakes
Description
Ideal with tea and coffee. Chocolate kefir pancakes turn out very tender and tasty, with a rich chocolate aroma. Serve them warm with condensed milk, honey, or jam, alongside tea or milk. You can also serve them cooled or slightly warm.

Prepare all the ingredients you need for chocolate kefir pancakes. Chop the chocolate, mix it with butter, melt the mixture, and let it cool.

Pour warm kefir, vegetable oil, and the chocolate mixture into a bowl, crack in the eggs, and mix until smooth.

In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and cocoa powder.

Mix both mixtures into a thick, uniform dough. Let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour in one tablespoon of batter. Cook for 1–2 minutes, then flip the pancake and cook for another 20–30 seconds. Remove from the skillet to a plate and keep cooking until all the batter is used. Serve the pancakes right away.
