Chocolate with nuts
Description
This is a very interesting and quite simple recipe that I recommend all chocolate dessert lovers, especially busy homemakers, keep in mind. In this case, the filling consists of walnuts, but you can use any nuts you prefer. Additionally, you can add a bit of sesame or poppy seeds—this will be great too. Perfect as a dessert with tea, these treats will delight both adults and children. The baked goods are ready. Serve them at the table.

Step 1

1. Before kneading the dough, turn on the oven and let it preheat to 180 degrees. Place softened butter and powdered sugar into a deep bowl. Rub together until smooth, then add dry ingredients: sifted flour, starch, salt, vanilla sugar, cinnamon, cocoa. Mix until a uniform dough forms.

2. Dry roast the nuts in a dry skillet, then crumble them into crumbs. Take a small piece of dough, shape it into a flat patty in the palm of your hand, and place the nut filling in the center.

Step 3

3. Carefully seal the edges. You should get a little "finger" shape. Place the formed pieces onto a baking sheet. If desired, make small cuts on the surface. Once all the fingers are assembled, put the baking sheet in the oven and bake for about 15–18 minutes.

4. It's important not to over-dry the fingers in the oven! Before serving, you can dust them with powdered sugar, for example, or drizzle with icing.
