
Chocolate cupcakes with cream and strawberries

1. In a food processor, mix flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder, baking soda, and sugar.

2. Add the butter cut into pieces and mix until the mixture resembles crumbs.

3. Add milk, carbonated water, and coffee, mix until smooth.

4. Place the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, using about 1/4 cup of dough for each cookie. Put the baking sheet into the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Bake the cookies for about 18–20 minutes. Let them cool.

5. In a bowl, combine the chopped strawberries, powdered sugar, and lemon juice. Mix until smooth and let stand for 10 minutes.

6. Prepare the cream. In a bowl, use a mixer to whip the cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract for 3–5 minutes until the mixture thickens.
