Chocolate candies with puffed rice

Description

The recipe won't take much time. The candies turn out quite dense, with a light, airy filling inside that crunches when you bite into it. I used store-bought rice in the form of small balls, but you can also make crispy rice at home. However, since homemade rice tends to be coarser, it's better to add it directly into melted chocolate and shape the candies by hand. If you don't have almond flour, simply grind almonds in a coffee grinder or omit this ingredient altogether. Serve chilled.

    Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making chocolate candies with puffed rice.

    Break the chocolate into pieces, melt it over a water bath, and add honey. Mix everything well until smooth.

    Add almond flour to the chocolate, mix well.

    Pour the prepared chocolate mixture into candy molds, filling them to one-third of their height. Add puffed rice on top.
