Chocolate cupcakes with liquid filling
Description
A chocolate cake with a liquid filling will be a great alternative to a regular cake, especially for chocolate lovers. The cake itself is not very sweet, as it's made with dark chocolate. I don't recommend adding more sugar; instead, prepare some cream or serve the dessert with a scoop of ice cream. If making this dessert for adults, you can add a bit of rum or liqueur to the batter.
Instructions

Step 1

1. Cut the butter into pieces and place in a bowl, break the dark chocolate (at least 72% cocoa content, or higher) and add to the same bowl as the butter.
- 2
Step 2

2. I place the bowl over a double boiler (or in the microwave), melt the ingredients until completely dissolved, stirring regularly, then remove the bowl from the heat.

Step 3

3. In a separate container, beat the yolks, eggs, and granulated sugar until a fluffy mixture forms.
- 4
Step 4

4. Into a bowl with the cooled mixture, I add the beaten eggs with sugar and flour, and mix with a mixer until smooth.

Step 5

5. Grease the baking molds with butter or vegetable oil, then fill them with the prepared chocolate dough. Place the molds in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 5–7 minutes, no longer.

Step 6

6. I take the finished cupcakes out of the oven and serve them hot; they turn out slightly "moist," but that's intentional.
