
Chocolate Kefir Cupcakes

Homemade baked goods for tea. Who would turn down a delicious chocolate cupcake? Hardly anyone! They take literally 30–40 minutes to make, and meanwhile everyone in the family will be eagerly waiting for the fragrant bake. Choose a good-quality cocoa powder in a rich dark color

Prepare the listed ingredients. Cocoa powder is best bought dark and rich in color—then the products made from it will have a more chocolatey hue.

Crack the chicken eggs into a salad bowl or a deep bowl, add salt and granulated sugar. Whisk thoroughly with a whisk for 3–4 minutes. You can also beat with a mixer on high speed.

Pour in kefir of any fat content and vegetable oil. You can substitute the oil with clarified butter. You may also add various flavorings: vanillin, citrus zest, and so on. Mix.

Add the cocoa powder and wheat flour and gently fold them into the liquid mixture.

The dough should be on the thick side; the mark from the whisk should stay visible on the surface.

Place the paper liners inside silicone or metal ones. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and pour 2 tablespoons of chocolate batter into each liner. They should be filled to two thirds of their capacity.

Bake the chocolate cupcakes for about 20 minutes, then take them out of the oven. Let them cool and serve with a variety of drinks. Bon appétit!
