Prepare the specified ingredients.

Crack the chicken eggs into a deep bowl and pour in milk of any fat content or type. Add sugar and salt; you can add vanilla sugar.

Beat the eggs with the milk and add the wheat flour and cocoa powder. You should end up with a chocolate batter that isn’t too thick. Stir in the vegetable oil and let it rest for about 15–20 minutes.

Wash the apples in water and halve them. Remove the cores and cut the apple into medium dice. Tip the diced fruit into a skillet or heavy pot (kazan), then add sugar.
