Chocolate biscotti with cranberries and pistachios
Description
Homemade baked treats for tea. Delicious cookies that can be stored for a long time. They are somewhat reminiscent of rusks, but not as dry. Biscotti are usually served with a cup of coffee, though they go well with tea too. You can make classic biscotti or try this chocolate version. Biscotti are typically made with almonds, pistachios, and other nuts, and you can also add raisins, dried cranberries, or other dried fruits. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
