
Chocolate biscotti
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The whole grain flour used in this version adds many health benefits to the baked goods, but can be replaced with regular flour. This won't affect the taste of the cookies. The baking is ready. Serve at the table.

At the initial stage of preparing chocolate biscotti, prepare and weigh the main ingredients and additives.

Combine sifted flour (2 types) in a bowl, add sugar, cocoa, and baking powder.

Mix the dry ingredients, then add the zest, poppy seeds, and cranberries.

Slightly beat the eggs and pour them into the bowl with the other ingredients.

Knead a pliable dough that easily comes away from your hands. Divide it into 2 parts and shape each into a log 25-28 centimeters long. Place the logs onto a baking sheet lined with a silicone mat or parchment paper, and bake at 180-190 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes.

Carefully transfer the sausages to a cutting board and slice them diagonally into 1-centimeter-thick pieces.

Arrange the slices on a baking sheet and dry for 5-10 minutes. After this, the chocolate biscotti are ready to serve.
