Chocolate mousse for cake
Description
The recipe won't take much time. If you take a closer look, you'll see that this chocolate mousse for cake is so simple that I've slightly varied it by adding vanilla mousse, serving it as a separate dessert. The result was a light cake without a crust, similar to "bird's milk." But of course, once you learn how to make chocolate mousse for a cake, you can pour it over any pre-baked crust and refrigerate it to set. Good luck!
Instructions

Step 1

1. Rub three egg yolks with half the sugar and vanilla sugar. Warm the milk, then carefully mix it into the yolk mixture. Cook everything together over a water bath until thickened.

Step 2

2. When the yolk mixture has cooled slightly, add the previously soaked half of the gelatin and mix well. Whip the cream first separately, then together with the warm yolk mixture.

Step 3

3. Immediately pour the resulting mixture into a mold and place in the refrigerator to set.

Step 4

4. Now, using the remaining ingredients, prepare the chocolate mousse. Do exactly the same, only replace vanilla with cocoa. Pour it over the slightly set vanilla mousse.

Step 5

5. We'll also put it in the refrigerator to chill. You can decorate it with anything - for example, I coated the top of the cake with melted chocolate.
