Chocolate pastry
Description
Homemade treats for tea. This recipe can be called universal, meaning it's open to experimentation. For example, you can replace part of the wheat flour with almond flour—just imagine the taste and aroma you'll get! Walnuts can be substituted with any other nuts. Use only dark chocolate with at least 72% cocoa content. Check the chocolate ingredients (read the label)—it should list cocoa mass as the first ingredient, not sugar, which indicates high quality. Take a look at the recipe and try making these pastries. They can be served with tea or coffee.
