Chocolate shortbread cookies
Description
The baking is simple and quick. The cookies turn out absolutely delicious. Mix softened margarine, sugar, flour, cocoa, coffee, and salt, then knead the dough. Roll it out, chill in the refrigerator, and cut out cookies using a cookie cutter. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes and serve.

In a bowl, combine softened margarine, sugar, flour, cocoa, coffee, and salt.

Knead the dough.

Roll out the dough into a sheet between two sheets of parchment paper and refrigerate for half an hour.

Then remove the top sheet and cut out the cookies using cookie cutters or a regular glass. Set aside the scraps – they need to be rolled out again and used.

Place the cookies directly on the baking sheet with the bottom parchment paper and bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 190 degrees.
