
Chocolate cookies in chocolate
Description
Delicious baked treat for the whole family. You can bake a large batch and store it in the refrigerator. These cookies are perfect for serving at a festive dinner or on an ordinary day. The mint extract gives them a special flavor. You can also make this cookie in two variations by dipping it in melted white or dark chocolate.

1. Mix flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

2. In a separate bowl, beat the sugar with the butter, then add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Next, add the egg yolk, vanilla and mint extracts. Finally, add the flour mixture and mix thoroughly.

3. Place the dough on a floured surface (if the dough is sticky, refrigerate it for half an hour). Roll out the dough into a flat sheet.

4. Use a glass or cookie cutters to cut out circles (or any shapes you like).

5. Place the cookies in the freezer for 15 minutes.

6. Transfer the prepared pieces to a baking sheet and place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Let the baked cookies cool for 8–15 minutes.

7. Melt the chocolate in the microwave, dip each cookie into it, shake off the excess, and place on parchment paper.
