Sugar-free chocolate cookies
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. You can use seeds or nuts as a filling—the cookies will only be better for it. When choosing chocolate, opt for dark chocolate with the highest cocoa percentage. Serve with tea or coffee.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the necessary ingredients.
- 2
Step 2

Divide the oats into two parts. Grind one part into flour. Combine both parts in a bowl.
- 3
Step 3

Add the remaining dry ingredients: shredded coconut, baking powder, cocoa.
- 4
Step 4

Pour in the milk and melted butter.
- 5
Step 5

Add coarsely chopped chocolate.
- 6
Step 6

Stir with a spoon until smooth. The dough will be slightly sticky but holds its shape well.
- 7
Step 7

Tear pieces off the dough and roll them into walnut-sized balls. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet, spaced slightly apart. Lightly flatten them with a fork.
- 8
Step 8

Place the prepared cookies in an oven preheated to 180°C for 25 minutes. Adjust for how your oven bakes.
- 9
Step 9

When the time is up, take the tray out of the oven. The finished cookies should come away from the parchment paper easily.
- 10
Step 10

Transfer the cookies to a small bowl and chill. You can also serve them slightly warm.
- 11
Step 11

Remove from the oven and serve warm or cooled.
