
Chocolate-butter cookies

1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and line a baking pan with parchment paper. Set aside. In a large bowl, beat together butter and cream cheese using a mixer at medium speed until smooth and well combined.

2. Add sugar and salt and mix. Add flour and beat with a mixer at low speed until smooth. Add chocolate chips and mix.

3. Scoop the dough into a ball and roll it in crushed Oreo cookie crumbs so that the dough is evenly coated with chocolate crumbs.

4. Place the balls onto the prepared baking sheet and gently flatten them. Bake in a preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, until the edges are golden brown. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for two minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack and cool completely.
