    Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Take the butter out of the refrigerator in advance so it has time to soften slightly.

    Mix sour cream, egg, and sugar until smooth.

    Add the softened butter, baking powder, and cocoa, and mix well.

    Gradually add the sifted flour and knead a soft, elastic dough.

    Wrap the prepared dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes, while you prepare the filling.

Finally, add the whipped egg whites to the filling and gently stir.
