Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Place all ingredients on the table at once. The butter should already be soft by this time, so take it out of the refrigerator in advance.
- 2
Step 2

Place the soft butter, cut into cubes for convenience, and powdered sugar into a large bowl.
- 3
Step 3

Beat these ingredients with a mixer until a creamy mixture forms.
- 4
Step 4

Very carefully separate the eggs into yolks and whites into different bowls. Only the yolks will be needed for preparation.
- 5
Step 5

Add the yolks to the bowl with the butter mixture.
- 6
Step 6

Beat these ingredients with a mixer until a smooth mixture is obtained.
- 7
Step 7

Add instant coffee, sour cream, and salt to the resulting mixture.
- 8
Step 8

Mix these ingredients with a blender.
- 9
Step 9

Into a separate bowl, sift the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Mix everything with a spoon.
- 10
Step 10

Add the dry mixture to the bowl with the butter-coffee mixture.
- 11
Step 11

First mix everything with a spoon, then continue kneading by hand. The result should be a smooth, soft dough that does not stick to your fingers.
- 12
Step 12

Form the cookies from this dough. I pinched off small pieces of dough weighing about 15 grams each, rolled them into balls with my fingers, and made indentations using the blunt side of a knife to imitate coffee beans—this can be seen in the photo. Place all the cookie pieces onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 15 minutes.
- 13
Step 13

Let the finished cookies cool completely and serve.
