Chocolate-banana roll
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. I've baked a lot of desserts in my life—some turned out simply good, while others were exceptionally good, so much so that I now make them all the time. This roll can definitely be counted among my most successful discoveries. It's quite easy and quick to prepare, if you don't count the time spent in the refrigerator, and it gets eaten up very quickly. The baked goods are ready. Serve at the table.
Instructions

Step 1

1. Take the butter out of the refrigerator in advance, place the softened butter in a bowl and beat with a mixer.
- 2
Step 2

2. When the butter reaches a creamy consistency, pour half of the condensed milk into it and continue beating.
- 3
Step 3

3. Set the bowl with butter aside. Crack the chicken eggs into the mixer bowl, beat them, add the baking soda that has been activated with vinegar, then beat again.
- 4
Step 4

4. Pour in the remaining condensed milk and mix everything with a whisk.
- 5
Step 5

5. Sift the wheat flour directly into the bowl, then mix everything until a uniform consistency is achieved.
- 6
Step 6

6. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, pour the batter onto it, and spread it evenly over the surface with a spatula. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for about 10 minutes.
- 7
Step 7

7. While the sponge cake is baking, peel the banana, slice it into rounds, and drizzle with lemon juice to prevent the bananas from turning black.
- 8
Step 8

8. Remove the baking sheet with the sponge cake, transfer the cake together with the parchment paper onto a towel. When the cake has cooled slightly, spread the prepared butter and condensed milk cream over it, then evenly distribute the bananas on top.
- 9
Step 9

9. Carefully roll the log into a small sausage shape, first folding it from one side, then from the other. Wrap it in parchment paper and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
- 10
Step 10

10. Meanwhile, melt the dark chocolate in a microwave or using a double boiler. Remove the roll from the refrigerator, unwrap the parchment paper, transfer the roll to a plate with wide edges, and cover it with chocolate.

Step 11

11. Place the roll in the refrigerator for 1 hour to allow the chocolate to set.
