Chocolate-banana pie

Description

The bake comes together simply and quickly. It’s very, very tasty! And it disappears almost instantly—I couldn’t even wait for the brownie to cool and tasted the dessert while it was still nicely warm. Save this recipe—the bake is ready. Serve at the table.

    Prepare all ingredients for making the pie. Use ripe bananas, and adjust the sugar to suit your taste. If you prefer your bake sweeter, add more sugar.

    Peel the bananas and mash the flesh with a masher (for a purée) or any other way that works for you.

    Add the eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar to the banana purée. Whisk to combine.

    Pour in the melted butter and mix thoroughly again.

    Add cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt. Whisk or beat with a mixer until the batter is smooth and even, with no flour lumps.

    Add the chocolate drops or finely chopped chocolate and mix again.

    Line a 25×25 cm baking tin with parchment paper. Pour in the batter and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 40–50 minutes.
