
Chocolate-banana mousse
Description
Making chocolate-banana mousse is easy, and the result will pleasantly delight you. This incredibly delicate and delicious dessert has a light, airy texture and an unusual yet perfect combination of banana and chocolate. Be sure to choose soft, fully ripe bananas, as they have the most pronounced flavor. I don't add sugar, but those with a sweet tooth can add 1-2 teaspoons if desired.

Prepare all the ingredients.

Pour the milk into a saucepan, add the banana sliced into rounds, bring to a boil, then immediately remove from the heat.

Add chocolate broken into pieces and cinnamon to taste.

Blend everything with a blender until smooth and place in a cool place. The mixture should reach room temperature.
