Chocolate-Banana Cake
Description
Delicious baked treat for the whole family. The baked good will turn out slightly moist inside, very tender and tasty. I recommend storing this cake covered with a towel to prevent it from drying out. Instead of yogurt, you can use kefir or soured milk. You can add coconut flakes, chopped nuts, or raisins to enhance the cake. Try it! Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

Step 1

1. Peel and slice the bananas. Place the bananas, sugar, butter, and salt into a glass bowl and microwave for 3 minutes. Make sure the bananas do not boil over. In a medium bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda; add the chocolate chips and mix. Once the bananas have cooled, transfer them to a blender with the eggs, yogurt, and vanilla, and blend until smooth.
