
Chocolate Cottage Cheese Easter Cake

We use fatty cottage cheese that is not too wet. Pass it through a sieve or grind it through a meat grinder.

Add soft butter to the cottage cheese and mix everything well.

Mix the eggs with sugar, then add cream and vanilla sugar.

Now turn on the stove and cook the cream with eggs and sugar over medium heat, stirring constantly. The mixture should thicken. This should happen about 5 minutes after boiling. Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the contents cool.

Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it over a double boiler.
