
Chocolate charlotte with cherries
Description
The pastry is prepared simply and quickly. The charlotte turns out very fluffy and aromatic, and it bakes perfectly inside. You can add a little vanilla or citrus flavoring, and also serve the pie with sour cream or whipped cream. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

Prepare the listed ingredients.

Crack the chicken eggs into the bowl of a food processor or mixer and beat with sugar and salt into a fluffy foam for about 5 minutes. Then add the wheat flour to the mixture in portions and fold it in. Add the chocolate spread and cocoa powder. Fold them in gently.

Grease the pan with vegetable oil or butter and preheat the oven to 180°C. Spread the chocolate batter in the pan. Shake the cherries free of syrup and arrange them on the batter. Put the pan in the oven.

Bake the pie for about 25–30 minutes, depending on the diameter of the pan. Then remove it and let it cool slightly.

Remove from the mold and dust with powdered sugar.
