
Chocolate fudge
Description
This is a recipe for chocolate fudge with nuts. The combination of ingredients is amazing: chocolate, condensed milk, and hazelnuts. The result is a slightly chewy candy. They disappear instantly, although they can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.

Break the chocolate into pieces and add condensed milk and butter to it. Place the ingredients in a saucepan.

Place the saucepan over a water bath. Stirring, bring the mixture to a smooth consistency. Add the liqueur and nutmeg. Gently mix the mixture with a wooden spatula.

Take any nuts and chop them. Here I am using shelled hazelnuts.

Add the nuts to the chocolate mixture. Mix well.

Spread the mixture evenly onto foil placed in a mold. Cool the chocolate at room temperature in the mold lined with foil. Then place the fondant in the refrigerator.

After 4-5 hours, the fondant will set. Cut it into pieces and serve.
