
Chocolate Easter dessert

The recipe won't take much time. Making a chocolate Easter cake is easy, the main thing is to carefully monitor the cooking process. The specified amount of ingredients will yield two Easter cakes, if you use a standard Easter mold 14 cm in height. So, let's get started. Serve chilled.

Take the butter out of the refrigerator and leave it at room temperature until soft. Pass the cottage cheese through a meat grinder or beat it with a mixer.

Mix the cottage cheese with the butter.

Crack the eggs into a saucepan and mix them with sugar. You can use a whisk.

Add the cream to the egg-sugar mixture.

Line a clean flowerpot or paskha mold with several layers of cheesecloth.

Tuck in the edges of the cheesecloth. Place the base on top and press with a weight. Put the paskha in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
