Prepare the necessary ingredients. Melt the butter and let it cool. If the honey is not liquid, melt it in a water bath. Soak the dried fruits in hot water for 10 minutes, then drain the water.

Beat the eggs and sugar into a fluffy foam until the sugar dissolves. Add sour cream, melted butter, and honey. Mix everything well.
