Chocolate
Description
Homemade treats for tea. The easiest way to make "potato" dessert is using cookies, butter, and condensed milk. Cocoa will give the "potato" a chocolate color and flavor. I recommend adding walnuts. Also, keep in mind that making chocolate "potato" requires some time: the dessert will be ready after a couple of hours, as it needs to be shaped and chilled until firm. Serve with tea or coffee.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Let the butter soften.
- 2
Step 2

Grind the cookies and nuts in a blender.
- 3
Step 3

Melt the butter and dissolve the cocoa in it. This creates a chocolate-like mixture. Add it to the cookies with nuts.
- 4
Step 4

Then add the condensed milk and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
- 5
Step 5

Form the mixture into small balls or potato-shaped pastries, then place them in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to set. Serve them with tea—the cut "potatoes" look like this.
- 6
Step 6

If desired, you can roll the "potato" in cookie crumbs, nuts, or simply in coconut flakes.
