Prepare all the ingredients.

Roast the sunflower seeds and peanuts in a pan until lightly golden. My sunflower seeds were already roasted, so I only cook the peanuts.

Grind the sunflower seeds and peanuts in a blender until they form a fine, moist crumb.

Chop the chocolate coarsely, transfer to a deep bowl, and melt over a double boiler until liquid.

Add sunflower oil and mix everything.

Then gradually start adding the crushed seeds with peanuts.

Mix thoroughly until uniform.

Transfer the resulting mixture into a food container. Or, as I did, distribute it into portioned silicone molds. Pack it tightly, smoothing the surface. Place in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to set.
