Use immediately. To prepare using a mixer: place whipping cream, pure vanilla extract, granulated white sugar, and cocoa powder into a large bowl and mix until well combined. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Once chilled, beat until thick foam forms. Use immediately. The finished dessert can be served right away.
