Chocolate glaze from cocoa
Description
It turns out that chocolate glaze is no worse than the traditional white one. It has a thicker consistency, so it spreads in a thick layer. This glaze sets in about the same time as the classic version. Decorate it with chopped dried fruits, sprinkles, or shavings (coconut or chocolate). The glaze is also suitable for cookies and other baked goods. Serve with tea or coffee.
