Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. We will make a schnitzel from minced chicken meat. Serve with any porridge, potatoes, or other vegetables. The finished dish can be served at the table.

Chop the onion. Grind the chicken fillet through a coarse mincer plate.

Add salt, spices, 3-4 tablespoons of milk, and 2 eggs. Knead the meat mixture.

Form oval-shaped, flat cutlets-schnitzels from the resulting mince.

From the remaining eggs, salt, pepper, flour, and milk, prepare a batter. Dip each schnitzel into this batter on both sides.

Fry on both sides in vegetable oil.
