Mushroom Schnitzel

Description

I read the recipe for schnitzel with mushrooms in a cooking magazine. I really liked this idea! You can either fry or bake this mushroom schnitzel. The schnitzel turns out very juicy and aromatic. Serve it with fresh vegetables and any side dish, such as rice or potatoes.

    Peel the onion and thoroughly wash the mushrooms. Chop everything into small pieces and sauté in vegetable oil until cooked through.

    Cut the pork pieces lengthwise, but not all the way through. Make a pocket.

    Place the onion and mushroom filling into the "pocket" of the pork.

    Salt, pepper to taste, cover and secure with skewers.
