Pork schnitzel with apple
Description
If consumed in moderate amounts, pork has a beneficial effect on the body. One of the dishes that you can and should include in your diet is schnitzel. It can be cooked in a pan, in the oven, or in a multicooker. It turns out especially delicious when made from pork loin, but other cuts work just as well. I used pork neck, another excellent cut, because it cooks quickly and always turns out tender—no wonder it's the preferred choice for making roast pork. As a complement to the classic schnitzel, I suggest using apples, which will add their own unique flavor and aroma, and also serve as a kind of side dish. Overall, this schnitzel pairs perfectly with fried or boiled potatoes. You'll end up with a very satisfying and delicious meal for lunch or dinner.
