Beef schnitzel

Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Schnitzel is a Viennese dish, and in translation means "piece, slice." It differs from a cutlet in that it may not necessarily be a pounded piece of meat. A genuine schnitzel should be tender inside and have a crispy crust on the outside. The finished dish can now be served.
