Beef schnitzel
Description
Here is a simple recipe for preparing beef schnitzel. To make the schnitzel, I mixed ground beef with chopped onion, egg, bread, and spices. I shaped the mixture into patties and lightly fried them. A tomato sauce was prepared from tomatoes, garlic, and spices. I placed the patties on a baking tray, sprinkled with onions, poured over the sauce, and topped generously with grated cheese. The dish was baked for 20-25 minutes. Have a wonderful day!

Step 2

Form large, thin patties from the meat mixture, lightly fry them in a pan, and place them on a baking sheet. For the sauce: blend tomatoes and garlic in a blender, then add tomato sauce and spices. This will give you a thick tomato sauce. Place sliced onion rings on the cutlets, pour the tomato sauce over them, and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in the oven until a nice golden crust forms, about 20–25 minutes.
