Tasty baked goods for the whole family. Pizza is an Italian pie loved by many. It has firmly secured its place on our dining tables. It is a great snack and bite at any time of day. Making pizza is not difficult, and even if it isn’t as perfect as in Italian pizzerias, at home it will still please your children. Serve it warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

Pizza dough can be bought in a store or made at home. It’s very simple. In warm water dissolve the yeast and sugar, let it foam. Add salt, melted butter, and stir. Gradually sift in the flour. Knead the dough.

Place the dough in a warm place until it has increased in volume.

Divide the dough into balls weighing 70–80 g.

Roll each ball into a disc 10–15 cm in diameter.

Spread the pizza with ketchup or tomato paste.

Slice the sausage and place it on the pizza.

Slice the pickled cucumbers into thin rounds and also place them on the pizza.

Add sliced tomatoes.

Sprinkle with grated cheese.

Bake the pizza in the oven, which should be preheated to 175‑180 degrees for 20‑25 minutes. Baking time depends on your oven.
