Mix sour cream with sugar in a saucepan.

Bring the mixture to a boil. Then simmer over low heat for 15–20 minutes, stirring constantly.

Then add honey and butter to the pot. Mix the sweet mixture. It should not crack if a drop of it falls into water.

Place peanuts without shells on the bottom of the mold or molds. Pour the future sherbet over them.

Let the sherbet cool completely. Remove it from the mold and taste.
