The word "shavuha" is interpreted no differently than "shawarma." It's the familiar snack we know, made with lavash bread, meat, and vegetables. There are numerous recipes for preparing shavuha, and this is one of them. The sauce is made from homemade mayonnaise with added garlic and herbs. So, take a look:
