Shawarma in a multiproofer
Description
You can replace the suggested sauce spices with your favorite ones. However, turmeric can be substituted with curry. When frying the shawarma, do not press too hard with the upper plate. Otherwise, the boiling sauce may tear the lavash and leak out, which will negatively affect the taste of the snack.
