
Shawarma with sour cream sauce
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Any flatbread can be used for making this shawarma. Pork is the best choice for meat, but chicken or turkey fillet will also work. You can use sour cream with 15% fat content, as this is not a crucial factor. Use dill optionally. Serve the finished dish immediately.
